Behind every door leaf, a compact drive unit has to open and close heavy glass panels smoothly, quietly and reliably, cycle after cycle, all day long.
The CKun 60mm Brushless DC Motor is engineered exactly for this duty. It operates on low 24VDC / 48VDC supply, which is the standard for door operators and allows battery backup for emergency opening. High starting torque, transmitted through a matching reduction gearbox, moves heavy glass door leaves reliably, while the driver provides smooth soft start/stop so doors accelerate and decelerate gently without jerking - critical for passenger comfort and safety. With no brushes to wear, the motor delivers far more operating cycles and requires virtually no maintenance, keeping stations, offices and commercial buildings running without frequent service calls.
A typical automatic door drive package consists of the motor, a reduction gearbox, the BLD-300 driver and door control signals (open/close, limit position and safety inputs). The driver supports built-in potentiometer, external 0-5V analog, PWM / pulse-speed regulation, forward-reverse, start-stop and braking, and can be integrated with door controllers, sensors and remote safety systems.
The 60mm Brushless DC Motor
The CKun 60mm Brushless DC Motor is a NEMA24 standard-frame BLDC motor with a 60 x 60 mm square housing, available in the 60BLF series. A Hall-sensor IC replaces the mechanical commutator of conventional DC motors, giving a simple structure, reliable operation, spark-free commutation and low electromagnetic noise.
The 60BLF series covers 100W to 469W in 24VDC and 48VDC versions at 3000RPM, with 200-400W models most commonly used in automatic door drive units. Compared with brushed DC motors, this 60mm BLDC motor provides higher efficiency, higher torque density, a wider stepless speed range, lower noise and a much longer maintenance-free service life.
Each motor works as a complete speed-control package with the matching BLD-300 driver, supporting built-in potentiometer, external analog 0-5V signal, PWM / pulse-speed regulation, forward-reverse, start-stop and braking, with RS485 communication available on the BLD-300R for integration into door control and building automation systems.
