Product Overview

The CKun Brushless DC Motor (BLDC) family is a complete range of electronically commutated DC motors spanning NEMA17 (42mm) to NEMA34 (86mm) standard frames. A Hall-sensor IC replaces the mechanical commutator used in conventional DC motors, giving a simple structure, reliable operation, spark-free commutation and low electromagnetic noise.

The range covers square-housing (BLF) and round-housing (BLY) designs, 17W to 750W, 12V to 48VDC standard ratings (36V / 310VDC on request) and 3000 / 4000RPM versions. Compared with brushed DC motors, our BLDC motors provide higher efficiency, higher torque density, a wider stepless speed range, lower noise and a much longer maintenance-free service life.

Each motor is designed to work as a complete speed-control package with the matching BLD-120, BLD-300 or BLD-750 driver: built-in potentiometer, external analog 0-5V signal, PWM / pulse-speed regulation, forward-reverse, start-stop and braking, with RS485 communication available on the BLD-300R. Typical applications include intelligent equipment, instrumentation, medical and textile equipment, pump and valve control, household appliances and industrial automation.

Model Naming Convention

Our BLDC motor model numbers are built from six parts, so you can read the main specifications directly from the model name. For example, 57BLF100-230 means: 57mm flange, Brushless DC motor, square (F) body, 100mm body length, 24VDC, 3000RPM.

Every CKun BLDC motor is matched with a BLD series driver that provides complete speed-control functions: built-in RV potentiometer, external analog 0-5V signal, PWM / pulse-speed regulation, forward-reverse, start-stop, braking and motor stall torque retention. The BLD-300R additionally supports RS485 communication.
