The CKun Parallel Shaft BLDC Geared Motor is a compact, high-efficiency speed-controlled gear motor family built on 60mm, 80mm, 90mm and 104mm square frames, covering 30W to 750W. A brushless DC motor body is coupled with a precision parallel-shaft gearbox, delivering strong torque at low speed across a wide, stepless 60-3000RPM output range.
Compared with conventional AC geared motors, this BLDC geared motor reaches 80-90% efficiency (typical AC geared motors: 50-70%), regulates speed smoothly with stable low-speed torque, and lasts 3-5 times longer because there are no brushes to wear. CKun backs the series with an 18-month replacement warranty.
Each motor works as a complete speed-control package with either an EHD panel-mount controller (AC220V input, knob speed control) or a BLD series DC brushless driver (PWM / pulse-speed control, forward-reverse, start-stop and braking). Gearbox Ratios & Torque Selection
Reduction ratios range from 3:1 to 100:1 depending on the frame size. Output speed is calculated as 3000 RPM divided by the gear ratio, and minimum output speed is 150 RPM divided by the gear ratio. Output torque equals motor torque times the gear ratio times efficiency, and actual speed varies with load.
