110mm 1.5kW AC Servo Motor with High-resolution Incremental Encoder and Position Speed Torque Control for CNC and Automation

The 110mm servo motors offer high performance with wide output 1.5kW. Mounting is compatible with International brand AC servo motors. The AC Servo Motor series are ideal for cost sensitive applications. Standard model comes with a standard 2500-line encoder with differential encoder signals (A, B, Index), and Hall Sensors with standard Hall signals (U, V, W). When driven by Leadshine ACS series servo drives, the AC Servo Motor series motors can meet requirements of applications requiring speed from as low as 1rpm to as high as 3000 rpm.

 

Servo motor Features:
These are low weight devices.
It offers reliability as well as stability in operation.
There is not much noise generated at the time of operation.
It offers almost linear torque-speed characteristics.
As brushes and slip rings are not present here thus it reduces maintenance cost.
 
Applications of AC Servo motors:
Due to the various advantages offered by the AC servomotors, these majorly finds applications in the instruments that operate on servomechanism, in position controlling devices, computers. Along with this these also find applications in tracking systems, machine tools and robotics machinery.
